1. Can I customize any product?

Yes! All our products are designed for personalization. We can adapt the design, color, format, and even packaging to your needs. Tell us your idea, and we'll make it a reality.

2. What's the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product. Generally, our productions start from 200 to 500 units, especially for international manufacturing. For local or simpler products, we can work with smaller quantities. Contact us and we'll evaluate your specific case.

3. How long does the process take?

Times vary depending on the product type, quantity, and shipping method:

  • International production (China) with sea freight: 90 to 120 days.
  • International production with air freight: 35 to 45 days.
  • Local production: 7 to 20 business days.

Always ask for the specific timeframe for your project, as the time of year can influence it.

4. How do I start a purchase?

First, we'll send you a detailed quote. If you agree, you need to:

  • Approve the quote.
  • Send a Purchase Order (if required for invoicing).
  • Make the corresponding payment:
    • 50% advance for international production.
    • 100% for local production.

5. Can I request a physical sample?

Yes. You can request a sample before production, but you'll need to cover its manufacturing and shipping costs. This is especially useful if you want to see specific materials or finishes.

6. Can I exchange or return a product?

For customized products, we don't accept exchanges or returns, as they are made especially for you.

If your order arrives damaged or with errors attributable to Widit, contact us within the first 3 business days of receipt with evidence (photos), and we'll help you resolve it.

7. Can I request the design files of what I commissioned?

No, you can only request them for purposes of advertising or disseminating your product (for example: social media, internal press, catalog). Modifying them or using them for other productions without prior authorization is not permitted.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept electronic transfers and credit cards. If you need an electronic invoice, please provide your tax information when confirming the quote.
