Due to the nature of our customized products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the final design has been approved by the client via photos or videos.
If the client requires a physical sample of the product to be manufactured, they must cover the cost of production and shipping for said sample.
However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on Widit's part, we'll do everything we can to fix it.
